As the blocks are handmade to order, all sales are final, and we can not accept returns on any concrete items unless faulty. Please make sure you're happy with this before purchasing.

We can only refund or replace blocks that are faulty or damaged. If there's a problem with a block you've received, please email hey@processform.studio, or DM us on instagram @process.form.
